The Opportunity Work will take place on a facility several kilometres out of Exmouth Western Australia. Due to the remoteness of the site, work will be Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO). Work will involve heavy lifting with slewing cranes, mobile plant (forklift, telehandler and flatbed trucks) and work-at-heights. All workers taking an active part in antenna assembly and alignment. Commence ASAP until August 2025. Key responsibilities include. - Primary point of contact for all logistics of inbound Antenna components - Point of contact for any technical issues and provides guidance or contacts for troubleshooting. - Tracks and reports daily, weekly, monthly progress on all Antenna deliveries. - Documents daily activities and any on site meetings, provides notes as required. - Communicates program progress, issues and escalations as required to stakeholders. - Provide leadership and champion all requirements of assigned project(s). - Generation of the appropriate project planning and management documentation as contractually required, and in accordance with UGL project management framework and best practice. - Monitor and control the project financial baselines, investigating any variations to plan, and forecasting project revenue, costs and cash flows. - What we are looking for: · Experience working in a satellite communications design project / construction, or equivalent site experience. · Experience working with Tier one contractors or infrastructure organisations · Australian Citizenship required for Defence Clearance purposes Ideal tickets: Intermediate Rigger EWP>11 metres Forklift license Telehandler As part of the recruitment process, there are several checks which may be conducted to demonstrate an applicant’s suitability for a role including criminal background checks, medical, drug and alcohol testing, due diligence checks, right to work checks, and/or reference checks.
